It's short and simple and to the point.
WATER: The secret elixer to benefit everyone no mater the skin type. Proper hydration will help prevent premature aging, reduce dryness, and delivers nutrients. Recommendation: Always keep a water bottle by your side.
OMEGA FATTY ACIDS AND VITAMINES C & E: Rich in nutrients your skin needs. They will help plump, firm, tighten, brighten, and heal your skin! Recommendation: Incorporate more Salmon, Kale and Avocado's into your diet and try Eminence's Kale C & E Serum.
SLEEP: Beauty sleep is not a myth and serves a purpose. Our body, face and skin need time to repair and regenerate. Proper rest will increase oxygen and nutrients to the skin surface. Recommendation: Make sure you get to bed at a reasonable time!
WORK OUT 3X A WEEK: Working out increases circulation, blood delivers oxygen to organs and to the skins surface. A good flush of your circulatory system is just what you need! Recommendation: schedule a quick run, walk or jog before or after work 3x a week and make sure you get at least 15 min. of an increased heart rate.
REDUCE DAILY STRESS! While we can't always perform miracles... taking time for yourself is a must! Facials help to reduce stress as well as taking breaks in the day. Try yoga or a few inhales of lavender with calm breathing!
SUNSCREEN! Might I remind you that UV damage is one of the hardest to reverse in our skin. Also skin cancer is no fun. A proper sunscreen is a must! Then all you have to do is use it daily!
LASTLY... EXFOLIATION! Regular facials will allow for deeper exfoliation and a better removal of that dry dead upper layer of the skin. What do we want? More cell turnover! But there is such thing as to much of a good thing so make sure not to over exfoliate!
