What is the benefit of having a Lemon + Honey membership?
In addition to ensuring that you’re receiving your treatment at a frequency that will assist you in experiencing the full benefits of your service and reaching your skincare goals effectively, you’ll also be able to save on skincare treatments.
Also, if you want to enjoy the same service/treatment included in your membership more often than once a month, any additional treatments you book you’ll be able to receive at member-exclusive pricing. You’ll also be able to receive 10 percent off any other service and 20 percent off our menu of advanced chemical peels and HydraFacials.
Is there a membership commitment?
All our memberships have a three-month commitment, which is the time frame we suggest all our clients receive a monthly service to experience the full benefits.
What if I miss one of my monthly treatments?
No worries, as a member, you’ll never lose a service you paid for with your membership. You can choose to use that service at a later time or book your next month’s member treatments three weeks apart to catch up.
When do I get charged for my membership?
Membership billing occurs on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever date works best for you.
What if I decide I want a different service other than what’s included in my membership package?
No problem! We’ll take the dollar value of your membership service and apply it to the price of the service or treatment you wish to receive instead, and you will only pay the difference (if applicable).
