Spa Job Descriptions

Guest Services Coordinator

$13 - $15/hr, depending on experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities

​

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Answer phones

  • Schedule Appointments

  • Inform and accurately recommend our products and services

  • Educating Clients on at home regiments

  • Rebook Clients

  • Opening and Closing of Spa

  • Clean and Organize

  • Maintain spa appearance

  • Dependable, responsible, and always on time

  • Courteous and professional in manner and appearance

  • Must be customer service oriented, motivated, and a strong team player- Lemon+Honey is a family

  • Confident with sales

  • Email Correspondence, Social Media and Promotional Emails

  • Other duties as needed​

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

​

  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines

  • Ability to multitask

  • Learn quickly and be adaptable to technology

  • Be able to communicate effectively to a team

  • Confident communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Previous spa experience

  • Able to work flexible days and hours

Qualifications

​

  • 2+ years hands-on experience as a receptionist

  • Knowledge of massage and skincare  basics

  • Have a friendly demeanor

  • 2+ years experience in customer service

Special Demands

​

We’re looking for Customer Service Coordinators with an open schedule; holidays and weekends are busy days and are considered mandatory availability days.

Esthetician

Compensation based on experience & expertise

Key Duties & Responsibilities

​

  • Excellent Customer Service

  • Targeted Skincare Treatments

  • Waxing Services

  • Informed and accurate Skin Analysis skills

  • Educating Clients on at home regiments

  • Knowledge of products and product ingredients

  • Opening and Closing of Treatment Room

  • Dependable, responsible, and always on time

  • Courteous and professional in manner and appearance

  • Must be customer service oriented, motivated, and a strong team player- Lemon+Honey is a family

  • Confident with sales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

​

  • Must hold state license and follow state regulations

  • Product knowledge for Epicuren, Eminence, Dermaquest, and Naturopathica (training provided to successful candidates)

  • Follow all Lemon + Honey treatment protocols (training provided to successful candidates)

  • Confidently recommend products, services, and upgrades

  • Be able to provide a variety of skin services

  • Confident Skin Analysis skills

  • Ability to perform & attention to detail for all waxing services

  • Microcurrent and Microdermabrasion a plus

  • Knowledge in using the HydraFacial machine is a plus

  • Able to work flexible days and hours

  • Knowledge of products and product ingredients

  • Opening and Closing of Treatment Room

  • Dependable, responsible, and always on time

  • Courteous and professional in manner and appearance

  • Must be customer service oriented, motivated, and a strong team player- Lemon+Honey is a family

  • Confident with sales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must hold state license and follow state regulations

  • Active Massage License for California

  • 2+ years hands-on experience as a practicing Massage Therapist in a professional spa setting

  • Knowledge of massage basics

  • Have a comforting touch

  • 2+ years experience in customer service
